Welcome to SafalTopper. By using the SafalTopper platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SafalTopper (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.

2. Description of the Service

SafalTopper is an online platform providing practice questions, model question sets, progress tracking, and study tools for the BSc CSIT entrance exam conducted by the Institute of Science and Technology (IOST) of Tribhuvan University. The Service is currently available as a website and is intended to be accessed from Nepal.

The Service is currently provided free of charge during an early validation phase. This status may change (see Section 4 below).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service.

By signing in with Google, you confirm that you are using your own Google account and have the authority to do so.

4. Account Registration and Security

You must sign in using Google Sign-In to access certain features of the Service (e.g., dashboard, progress tracking, practice history). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Service without our express permission.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Attempt to manipulate or game any scoring, ranking, or progress-tracking system within the Service.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All practice questions, model question sets, explanatory content, syllabus breakdowns, design, code, and other materials provided through the Service are the intellectual property of SafalTopper or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6.2 Your Content

Any data you input or generate while using the Service (including answers, notes, progress data) remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use this data to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.3 Third-Party Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services of third parties.

7. Subscription and Payments

The Service is currently offered free of charge during an early validation phase. SafalTopper reserves the right to introduce paid subscriptions or one-time purchases for certain features (e.g., advanced analytics, additional practice sets) in the future.

If and when paid features are introduced:

Pricing will be clearly displayed before you commit to any purchase.
We will use a third-party payment processor; your payment information will be handled according to their privacy policy.
Refund policies will be specified at the time of purchase.

This section will be updated with specific pricing and payment terms before any paid features are launched.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The Service will meet your specific requirements.
The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate, reliable, or correspond to actual exam results.
Practice questions or model question sets will exactly match the content, format, or difficulty of the actual BSc CSIT entrance exam administered by IOST/Tribhuvan University.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SafalTopper and its founders, contributors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

SafalTopper is a study aid only and does not guarantee admission to any educational programme. Your exam performance depends on your own preparation, understanding, and ability.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or us.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account by emailing aayam.pokharel@gmail.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.
