Conducted by the Medical Education Commission for every undergraduate health-science programme in Nepal. Biology carries the biggest share at 80 marks, Physics and Chemistry 50 each, and the Mental Agility Test the final 20. Qualifying is set at the 50th percentile.

Open Shrawan 25 (August 10, 2026) to Bhadra 25 (September 10, 2026) for regular-fee application submission (bank deposit by Bhadra 23 / September 8), with a double-fee window into Bhadra 31 (September 16, 2026).
