The official BSc CSIT entrance exam centers 2083 list is out. TU IOST has assigned 8 exam centers inside Kathmandu valley by applicant symbol number — from Patan Multiple Campus (8310001–8311614) to Padma Kanya Multiple Campus (8316846 and above) — plus 13 district centers outside the valley for candidates who registered under an outside district. The entrance exam runs on Shrawan 24, 2083 (Sunday, August 9, 2026) from 8:00 to 10:00 AM. Find your center, the documents you need and the exam-day rules below.

Match your 7-digit symbol number against the tables below — everyone in the valley with 8316846 and above goes to Padma Kanya Multiple Campus, Bagbazar. Exam date: Shrawan 24, 2083 — August 9, 2026, 8:00–10:00 AM. Carry your printed admit card and a valid photo ID.

Kathmandu Valley Examination Centers

Candidates who registered under a Kathmandu valley address are assigned a center purely by symbol number range. Find the band your symbol number falls into — that is your center.

Outside Kathmandu Valley Examination Centers

Candidates outside the valley sit the exam in the district they selected during online registration. Here is the full district-to-center mapping:

If the district you registered under is not in this list, the center printed on your admit card is where you sit the exam — do not self-assign based on this table alone.

How to Find Your Exam Center

  1. Find your 7-digit symbol number. It starts with 83 and is on your application receipt and portal dashboard.
  2. Match it to a valley center using the table above — this applies if you registered under a Kathmandu valley address.
  3. Or match your registration district to an outside-valley center if you applied from outside the valley.
  4. Verify on your admit card. The center printed there is final. See the BSc CSIT admit card 2083 guide for how to download and print it from the official portal.
Plan the journey nowOnce your center is known, do a dry run of the route and set your departure time so you reach well before the 8:00 AM gate. For the full list of what to carry — admit card, ID, pen and the OMR rules — read our what to carry to the CSIT exam hall guide.
