The MECEE-BL 2027 exam runs over five days, from Kartik 14 to Kartik 18, 2083 BS (October 31 to November 4, 2026 AD), inside the Kathmandu Valley. MBBS is Day 1 (Oct 31), BDS Day 2 (Nov 1), BSc Nursing and related programmes Day 3 (Nov 2), BAMS, BSc MLT, BPT, B Pharm and more Day 4 (Nov 3), and BPH Day 5 (Nov 4). Every paper runs 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Important Exam Guidelines & Instructions
Exam Location
All examination centers are situated exclusively inside the Kathmandu Valley. Plan your travel and accommodation well in advance, especially if you are coming from outside the valley.
Program Selection Limit
Candidates must choose and sit for only one specific academic program among the programs they applied for, per designated exam day.
Browser Requirement
Use Mozilla Firefox when downloading the Confirmation Page and Admit Card to ensure correct formatting and avoid download errors.
Special Provision (Disabilities / Injuries)
Pursuant to Rule 21, Sub-rule 3 of the National Medical Education Regulations (2077), candidates with physical disabilities or injuries must submit a recommendation letter from a registered medical practitioner certifying their physical capability to pursue the applied course.
